The book "Muscovite" by P. Shtepa

The book analyzes the prerequisites, origins, and patterns of the emergence, development, and decline of the Russian Empire based on rich historical material, facts, and testimonies of numerous Russian and foreign authors. From the perspective of a patriot of Ukraine, the author comprehensively examines the historical basis of the liberation struggles of his people for independence and the creation of a Ukrainian state, predicting their victorious conclusion. This book is an abridged version of the 1968 edition published in Toronto (Canada). In particular, a number of materials used by the author in the Soviet press of that time, which have been refuted over time and have lost their relevance, have been removed. The book is intended for both specialists - historians, political scientists, and a wide mass readership.
